London's Jewish community organization ambulance was set on fire, UK Prime Minister speaks out to condemn.
Four ambulances belonging to a Jewish community organization in London were set on fire in the early hours of the 23rd, and police are investigating it as a "anti-Semitic hate crime". The London Fire Brigade received a call at 1:40 am that vehicles were on fire in the Golders Green area in North London. When firefighters arrived at the scene, they found that several gas cylinders on the ambulances had exploded, causing windows of a nearby apartment building to shatter. The fire was eventually extinguished, and no injuries were reported. Golders Green is home to a large number of Jewish residents. According to the London Metropolitan Police, the ambulances that were burned belonged to a Jewish community medical rescue volunteer service organization called "Hatzola". The police are treating the arson as a case of "anti-Semitic hate crime". The cause of the fire is still under investigation, and the police are looking for three suspects but have not made any arrests yet.
