"Song Sai elected as Prime Minister of the Laotian government"

The first session of the 10th National Assembly of Laos was held in the capital Vientiane on March 23rd, where the Central Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party elected Sisavat Keobounphanh as the Prime Minister of the government.
