The capital contribution is 1 billion RMB, and the business scope includes equity investment, investment management, asset management and other activities through private equity funds. The partners include Industrial Financial Asset Investment Co., Ltd., Industrial Capital Management Co., Ltd., Tianjin TEDA Industrial Investment Guiding Fund Co., Ltd., and Tianjin Jingkai Industrial Investment Management Co., Ltd.
