The national first Qin Zhou issued the Oyster rack towing safety management measures to fill the regulatory gap in the country.

Recently, the People's Government Office of Qinzhou City, Guangxi issued the "Qinzhou City Oyster Farming Towing Safety Management Measures", which is the first specialized safety management normative document for towing operations of oyster farming and other marine aquaculture facilities in China. This document successfully solves the problem of the industry lacking rules to follow for a long time, fills the regulatory gap in the domestic related field, and provides a replicable and promotable "Qinzhou Solution" for coastal areas nationwide.
