The "Several Measures" focus on promoting the transformation of industrial chains, accelerating the empowerment of artificial intelligence, and improving the supply capacity of digital transformation services, continuously increasing policy support to promote the intelligent, green, and integrated development of the manufacturing industry throughout the province. Focusing on promoting the transformation of industrial chains, the "Several Measures" propose the "horse race system" to support the intelligent transformation of enterprises, providing "digital transformation vouchers" to support small and medium-sized enterprises in "micro-transformation" and creating benchmarks for intelligent transformation. They also support the cultivation and promotion of industry-specific solutions, develop and export solutions and products tailored to the industry, and provide a maximum subsidy of 5 million yuan to each company based on service effectiveness. They support local governments in building "industrial brains" around leading and advantageous industries; and promote districts, cities, counties, and development zones to focus on leading advantageous industries, create leading areas for industrial digital transformation, and provide rewards of 5 million and 30 million yuan to regions that are recognized as provincial leading areas for industrial digital transformation.
