The Shanghai Quality Supervision Inspection and Technology Research Institute discovered during communication with technical personnel from Hisense Image that the company encountered technical pain points in developing high-refresh rate smart TVs targeting dynamic picture stuttering and trailing issues that concern high-end gaming users: traditional image detection methods lack accuracy, are unable to capture subtle flickering and shaking, and are difficult to quantify dynamic clarity and response speed... After establishing a "one chain one specialized team" working mechanism for new display products, the two sides cooperated to develop a signal detection solution, which can accurately locate the fault causes, providing a clear direction and core data support for optimizing chip algorithms. The inspection and detection industry is considered the "pearl on the crown of the industry." Since last year, the Municipal Market Supervision Administration has deepened the implementation of the inspection and detection empowerment industry upgrade action in conjunction with the Municipal Economic and Information Committee. Currently, Shanghai has established a "one chain one specialized team" working mechanism in six emerging industries including new display products, humanoid robots, civil aviation equipment, green waterproof and sealing materials, intelligent instruments, Beidou satellite navigation terminals, etc., to establish key links for connecting inspection enterprises with supply and demand.
