Xiong'an New Area issues the first underground space three-dimensional real estate certificate.

On March 20, at the ceremony for the issuance of underground real estate certificates in Xiong'an New Area in Hebei Province, the first underground real estate certificate was issued, with the Business Service Center as the pilot, making Xiong'an New Area the first in the country to achieve full-process three-dimensional digital planning and registration of land space development. Zhuang Shaoqin, member of the Party group of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Vice Minister, attended the event and presented real estate certificates to property owners. By the end of 2025, Xiong'an New Area aims to have a cumulative underground construction area of approximately 22.67 million square meters, with 5.03 million square meters already completed in the designated area.
