Electric Invest Green Energy announced that its holding subsidiary's wholly-owned subsidiary Siping Green Energy Company intends to purchase PEM water electrolysis hydrogen production equipment from its related party Changchun Green Motion at a total contract price of 30.88 million yuan. The transaction was formed through open bidding, approved by the board of directors, and does not require approval from the shareholders' meeting. Changchun Green Motion had a revenue of 116 million yuan in 2025, with a net loss of 51.25 million yuan. The total amount of related transactions between the company's affiliated enterprises and related parties in 2025 was 131 million yuan. This transaction will not have a significant impact on the company's ongoing operations.
