Yang Shengzhen, former deputy general manager of China National Petroleum Corporation Kunlun Logistics Company, is under investigation.

According to the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Group of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection of the Communist Party of China and the National Supervision Commission stationed at China Petroleum Corporation and the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Commission of Shaanxi Province, Yang Shengzhen, former member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of China Petroleum Kunlun Logistics Company, is suspected of serious violation of discipline and law, and is currently undergoing disciplinary review by the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Group of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection stationed at China Petroleum Corporation and investigation by the Xi'an Municipal Supervision Commission of Shaanxi Province.
