The Legislative Council of Macao has passed the "Macau Special Administrative Region Committee for Safeguarding National Security" bill.

On March 19, the Legislative Assembly of the Macao Special Administrative Region deliberated and unanimously passed the "Macao Special Administrative Region Committee for Safeguarding National Security" bill. This bill will come into effect the day after it is published in the Macao Special Administrative Region Gazette.
