The Dominican Republic issues final anti-dumping ruling on Chinese EMT steel pipes.
On February 26, the Dominican Republic Unfair Trade and Safeguard Measures Regulatory Committee issued an announcement, releasing Resolution No. CDC-RD-AD-003-2026, making an affirmative final determination of anti-dumping against EMT steel pipes with diameters ranging from 0.5 inches to 3 inches originating from China, deciding to impose a 16% anti-dumping duty on the implicated products from China. The measure will be effective for five years, starting from March 6, 2026, and ending on March 5, 2031. The Dominican tax numbers for the implicated products are 7306.30.00, 7306.50.00, 7306.69.00, 7306.90.00, 7308.90.10, and 7326.90.90.
