Donghua Technology: The amount of the second instance judgement is 63.47 million RMB that the company needs to pay to Xingjing Environmental Protection for the engineering fee and overdue payment interest.

Donghua Technology Announcement: Recently, the company received a Civil Judgment from the Guizhou Provincial Higher People's Court. The Guizhou High Court made a final judgment on the construction contract dispute between our company, Wengan Donghua Xingjing Ecological Development Co., Ltd., and Xingjing Ecological Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. The second-instance judgment revoked the first-instance judgment; the second-instance judgment ordered our company to pay 63,478,300 yuan to Xingjing Environmental Protection for project payment and late payment interest, refund 38,216,200 yuan of project security deposit and interest, and pay construction drawing budget preparation fee of 2,980,000 yuan and interest.
