Sai Weiwei Electronics announced that the actual controllers Zhao Jianhua, Jiang Yanbo, and Ge Weiguo plan to collectively reduce their holdings by no more than 393,100 shares, accounting for 0.4564%, from April 8, 2026 to July 7, 2026 through centralized bidding.
