Minfeng special paper: Intends to dispose of equipment with an evaluation value of 105 million yuan.

Minfeng Special Paper announced that Jiaxing Zhonglei Asset Appraisal Co., Ltd. was commissioned to evaluate the market value of the equipment to be disposed of on December 31, 2025. The evaluation was conducted using the cost method and included production equipment such as paper machines, rewinding machines, as well as public and office equipment. The evaluation concluded that the value of the relevant equipment was 105.0599 million yuan, and the evaluation report is valid until December 30, 2026.
