Announcement: in order to meet the needs of the company's overseas business development, further expand the Southeast Asian market, quickly respond to local customer demand and achieve rapid product delivery, the company plans to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary, Vietnam Kabeiyi Electrical Technology Co., Ltd., through its wholly-owned subsidiary Hong Kong Kabeiyi Industrial Co., Ltd., and ultimately invest in the construction of a production base in Vietnam. The total estimated investment for this project is not expected to exceed 36 million US dollars, with a registered capital of 3 million US dollars.
