China International Securities announced that its overseas wholly-owned subsidiary, China International Securities International's subsidiary, CSI MTN Limited, issued two promissory notes under the medium-term note program on March 13, 2026, with a total amount of $8 million, guaranteed by China International Securities International. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, the total amount of external guarantees by the company and its holding subsidiaries was 207.916 billion yuan, accounting for 70.93% of the most recent audited net assets, with no overdue guarantees. This guarantee is within the authorized scope of the company, with controllable risks and will not harm the interests of the company and shareholders.
