Zhongke Environmental Protection announced that it plans to issue convertible corporate bonds totaling no more than RMB 1 billion. The raised funds, after deducting issuance expenses, will be invested in the Changning City household waste incineration power generation project, the third household waste incineration power generation project in Mianyang City, the heat production upgrade project of Shijiazhuang Zhongke New Energy Co., Ltd., and the Teng County Low-carbon Circular Economy Industrial Park - household waste incineration power generation project, as well as supplementing working capital and repaying bank loans.
