Three departments: carry out the pilot application for the supplementation of shortcomings in the county's charging and swapping facilities in 2026.
The General Office of the Ministry of Finance, the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and the General Office of the Ministry of Transport jointly issued a notice on the application for pilot projects to supplement the shortcomings of county-level charging and swapping facilities in 2026. It is proposed that in 2026, the three departments will support two or more counties to jointly apply for pilot projects, with a total plan to support 59 joint pilot counties. The leading county of the joint pilot county applying in 2026 should have a car ownership of no less than 250,000 vehicles in 2025. In order to implement the decision of the Central Economic Work Conference to expand the application of green electricity, for charging and swapping stations powered by photovoltaic power generation, if the amount of "self-generated and self-used" electricity exceeds 40% of the total charging amount, the total amount of "self-generated and self-used" electricity for the year can be converted at 1.2 times. The pilot counties approved from 2024 to 2025 shall follow suit.
