ST Pava Announcement: Subsidiary Pava Lianxi intends to sign the "Lanxi Economic Development Zone Enterprise Asset Recovery Agreement" with the Lanxi Development Zone Committee. The Lanxi Development Zone Committee will recover for a fee the land and buildings located on the north side of Innovation Avenue in Guangmo Town, east of Sanlu Road, including the land use rights and construction projects related to the company's "15,000 tons per year of ternary precursor project". The total transaction amount is 73.6832 million yuan. This transaction does not constitute a related party transaction and does not constitute a major asset restructuring.
