Borui Communication announced that its controlling shareholder, Chengdu Media Group, plans to transfer its directly held 133,612,937 shares of the company and 100% equity of News Industry to its wholly-owned subsidiary Chengdu Media Industry Group, free of charge. After completion, Chengdu Media Industry Group will hold a total of 35.59% of the company's shares, and the actual controller will still be Chengdu State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. As of the announcement disclosure date, the relevant procedures are still being processed.
