Heilongjiang Meteorological Bureau issued a road icing and cold wave forecast at 14:30 on March 13, 2026: It is expected that from 20:00 on the 13th to 20:00 on the 14th, there will be a snowfall process from west to east in the province, and most areas will experience road icing or snow accumulation that will affect traffic. The road traffic meteorological risk level is relatively high. It is expected that from the night of the 13th to the night of the 15th, the lowest temperature in the Greater Khingan Range, Heihe, and the northern part of Yichun will drop by 8 to 10C, with some areas in the eastern part of the Greater Khingan Range and Heihe dropping by 10 to 12C. In addition, from the night of the 13th to the 14th, most areas of the province will have gusts of 5 to 7 levels. Please make preparations for cold protection in advance.
