China Petroleum: The board will review the performance and year-end dividend proposal for 2025 on March 27th.

China Petroleum announced that the board meeting will be held on March 27, 2026 in Beijing to review and approve the annual performance of the company and its subsidiaries up to December 31, 2025, as well as to consider the proposal to distribute year-end dividends.
