The Energy Bureau of Shandong Province released a report on the implementation of ecological and environmental protection responsibilities for the year 2025. It mentioned accelerating the pilot construction of integrated generation, network, storage systems, coordinating the implementation of 42 pilot projects, completing the province's first demonstration project of the Weihai Carbon Fiber Industrial Park for nearby absorption, and optimizing resource allocation. It also formulated an implementation plan for clean heating in the Jiaodong region, coordinating the potential for nuclear power and large-scale, efficient coal-fired heating, and accelerating the creation of a model for clean heating in northern regions. The "Liaore Ruyu" transmission line was fully operational, with a heating capacity exceeding 100 million square meters, achieving clean replacement of coal-fired boilers for heating in the main urban area of Jinan.
