The registered capital of the four companies is 100 million, 10 million, 10 million, and 2 million RMB respectively. Their business scope includes holding company services, equity investment, brand management, catering management, technology services, supply chain management, hotel management, accommodation services, etc. Shareholder information shows that the above four companies are all held by Kudi Coffee Co., Ltd.
