Song's most recent position was Head of Asia Equity Capital Markets and Syndicate Business at China Galaxy International. He previously led the equity capital markets and syndicate team at Huaxing Capital for five years. A spokesperson from J.P. Morgan has confirmed the contents of the memorandum.
