Groq plans to increase the production of AI chips from 9000 to 15000 pieces.

Groq recently decided to increase the production of its artificial intelligence chips. These chips were outsourced to Samsung Electronics' wafer foundry department last year, and this year the production will increase from around 9,000 wafers to around 15,000 wafers.
