Tianqi Lithium announced that as of February 28, 2026, the registered capital of the company's H shares increased from 1.64 billion to 2.29 billion, and the issued shares increased from 164 million to 229 million. This change was mainly due to the issuance of new shares on February 11. There was no change in the registered capital and issued shares of the A shares this month.
