He intends to subscribe to the company's stocks issued this time with an amount not less than 30 million yuan and not more than 50 million yuan. This subscription constitutes a related party transaction, but does not constitute a major asset restructuring. Fu Heliang currently directly holds 2.7509 million shares of the company, accounting for 0.65% of the total share capital of the company, and controls 22.46% of the voting rights through Guangzhou Weimei Investment Co., Ltd.
