General Office of the State Council released the "Notice on the Identification Method of Internet Platform Service Providers with a Large Number of Underage Users and Significant Impact on the Underage Population"

The General Office of the State Council has issued the "Methods for Identifying Network Platform Service Providers with a Large Number of Underage Users and Significant Impact on the Underage Population." Network platform service providers that meet one of the following conditions should be identified as having a large number of underage users: the products or services provided by the network platform are specifically targeted at minors, with registered users exceeding 10 million or monthly active users exceeding 1 million; the products or services provided by the network platform are not limited to minors, but the number of registered underage users exceeds 10 million or the monthly active underage users exceed 1 million.
