Yunnan Province will reward industrial enterprises with a year-on-year increase in industrial electricity consumption of more than 6%, accelerating the transformation of the advantages of green energy resources into industrial and development advantages. Industrial enterprises with a year-on-year increase in industrial electricity consumption of more than 6% in the first quarter of this year will be rewarded with 0.05 yuan per kilowatt-hour for the year-on-year increase. For the incremental part of the annual electricity consumption reaching 5 billion kilowatt-hours and a year-on-year increase of more than 6%, a reward of 0.02 yuan per kilowatt-hour will be given. At the same time, support will be given to the integrated development of new energy and hydrogen production. Integrated projects with an annual production of more than 100 tons of green hydrogen will be rewarded with 13 yuan per kilogram for three consecutive years.
