Hong Kong Stock Exchange: Welcome the appointment of new board members by the Hong Kong SAR Government.

The Hong Kong Stock Exchange issued a statement today welcoming the appointment of Chen Jinrong as a director by the Hong Kong SAR government, as well as the reappointment of Chen Jianbo and Che Pinjue as directors. Their term will begin at the end of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's 2026 annual shareholders' meeting and end at the end of the 2028 annual shareholders' meeting.
