ST Mugang: The first interim creditors' meeting for pre-reorganization will be held on March 13, 2026.

*ST Mubang announcement, on November 18, 2025, the Intermediate People's Court of Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province decided to initiate pre-restructuring of the company and designated Beijing King & Wood (Shenzhen) Law Firm as the temporary administrator for the pre-restructuring. The first temporary creditors' meeting for pre-restructuring will be held at 9:30 a.m. on March 13, 2026, to propose the establishment of a temporary creditors' committee, and no substantive restructuring plan has been formed yet. There is significant uncertainty as to whether the company can enter the restructuring process.*
