Tianyancha App shows that recently, China Telecom Smart Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Zhang Weiping as the legal representative and a registered capital of 10 million RMB. Its business scope includes first-class value-added telecommunications services, second-class value-added telecommunications services, sales of computer information system security special products, software development, network and information security software development, information system integration services, information system operation and maintenance services, 5G communication technology services, etc., and is wholly owned by China Telecom's subsidiary, China Telecom Smart Technology Co., Ltd.
