ST Guohua announced on February 26th that the company held the ninth meeting of the eleventh Board of Directors on February 25th, 2026, and approved the resolution on the appointment of the Vice General Manager. The Board agreed to appoint Liu Jidong as the Vice General Manager of the company, with a term from the date of approval by the Board of Directors until the end of the eleventh Board of Directors.
