Minmetals Real Estate: Privatization Plan Approved by Court

On the morning of January 16, June Glory International Limited and China Minmetals Corporation Limited jointly announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that they have sent the relevant plan document to privatize China Minmetals Corporation Limited in accordance with Article 99 of the Companies Act and delist it. The court meeting and shareholder special meeting are scheduled to be held respectively on February 9, 2026 at 10:00 am and 10:30 am in Hong Kong. If approved, China Minmetals Corporation Limited's shares are expected to be delisted from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on March 3, 2026. The plan was approved by the court on February 25, 2026.
