YiDian World: Independent directors resign, intending to elect Meng Wei and Liu Zhen as independent directors.

Yidian Tianxia announced that the board of directors recently received the resignation reports of independent directors Zhang Xueyong and Xing Meimin. Due to personal reasons, the two individuals have applied to resign from their positions, which were originally scheduled until 2028. Their resignation will result in the number of independent directors being less than one-third of the board members. Their resignation will take effect after new elections at the shareholders' meeting, but they will continue to serve until then. On February 25, the board of directors agreed to nominate Meng Wei and Liu Zhen as candidates for independent directors, with their terms starting from the second extraordinary shareholders' meeting in 2026 until the end of the fifth term of the board of directors. The two individuals do not hold shares, and their appointment is pending approval by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and the shareholders' meeting.
