After this change in equity, the holdings of Shenzhen Cuiyi and concerted action participants decreased from 33,765,390 shares to 32,821,890 shares, and the percentage dropped from 13.18% to 12.81%, reaching a multiple of 1%. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, a total of 943,500 shares had been passively reduced, accounting for 0.37% of the total share capital, and the liquidation had not been completed. This reduction will not lead to changes in the company's controlling shareholder or actual controller, nor will it affect the company's ongoing operations.
