ST Pava announcement, the company appealed to the Shaoxing Intermediate People's Court against the first-instance judgment of the People's Court of Zhuji City, Zhejiang Province on the company's contract dispute with Zhejiang Lu Jia New Materials Co., Ltd., and the court accepted the case. Recently, the company received the "Civil Judgment" (Zhe 06 min Zhong 5750) delivered by the Intermediate People's Court of Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province, which ruled to reject the appeal and uphold the original judgment.
