The announcement of Dongan Power stated that on February 24, 2026, the Board of Directors received a written resignation report from director Liu Xudong, who resigned from his position as director due to reaching the statutory retirement age and will not continue to serve in the company after resignation. His original term was scheduled to end on July 18, 2027, and his departure will not affect the normal operation of the Board of Directors. The resignation report will take effect upon delivery. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, Liu Xudong does not hold any company stock and has no unfulfilled commitments. The Board of Directors will proceed with the appointment of a new director as soon as possible according to the procedures.
