The company was established in June 2007, with Li Aidong as the legal representative. Its business scope includes entrepreneurial investment and its agency, consulting, advisory, and management services. It is jointly owned by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Hunan Province, Hunan Xingxiang Investment Holdings Group Co., Ltd., and Hunan Province State-owned Investment and Operation Co., Ltd.
