Tianyancha App shows that recently, Huhehaote Seibei Cloud Base Technology Co., Ltd., Huhehaote Seibei Shengle Technology Co., Ltd., and Wulanchabu Yanbei Zhiwei Technology Co., Ltd. were established, with Dong Jiajian as the legal representative of each company. The registered capital is 1.3 billion RMB, 1.1 billion RMB, and 400 million RMB respectively, and their business scopes include information technology consulting services, non-residential real estate leasing, software development, information system integration services, computer hardware and software retail, etc. Shareholder information shows that the above three companies are all wholly owned by Beijing Zitiao Network Technology Co., Ltd.
