The board of directors announced that Mr. Zhao Rongshi has notified the board that he has no intention to renew his employment contract beyond its expiration on March 31, 2026, and will no longer serve as the company's executive director and CEO when the contract expires on March 31, 2026; Mr. Xie Yonglin has resigned as a non-executive director, effective from February 17, 2026; Ms. Fu Xin has resigned as a non-executive director, effective from February 17, 2026; Mrs. Cai Fangfang has been appointed as a non-executive director, effective from February 18, 2026; Mr. Li Peifeng has been appointed as a non-executive director, effective from February 18, 2026; and Mr. Ji Xiang has been appointed as the company's executive director and CEO, effective from April 1, 2026.
