The technological breakthrough is focused on the underlying structure of the humanoid face: not only adding polymer materials to platinum silicone, enhancing the natural stretch and durability of the humanoid face, but also employing a high-density drive design, fitting 32 drive motor actions into the limited space inside the humanoid face. Songyan Power also independently developed a multimodal cooperative expression model covering mouth shape, expressions, eye gaze, neck posture, and gestures. For example, the robot's body can exhibit a breathing-like movement, and the neck and arms can also collaborate with expressions during conversations. Although the technological difficulty is high, in the eyes of Songyan Power, humanoid robots are not just "lab products." By 2025, they have already introduced humanoid face products into commercial guidance and various other scenes.
