The EU has made a final ruling on anti-dumping measures for Chinese glycine, officially imposing anti-dumping duties on the products involved.

On February 13th, the European Commission issued a notice affirming the anti-dumping ruling on threonine originating from China, officially imposing anti-dumping duties on the products involved. The tax rates for relevant companies are as follows: HJ-Biochem Technology Co., Ltd, 31.3%; Bayannaoer Huaheng Biotechnology Co., Ltd, 53.8%; other cooperating enterprises, 42.2%; and other Chinese manufacturers/exporters, 53.8%. The EU CN code for the products in question is 2922 49 85. The notice will take effect from the day following its publication.
