Micron has started mass producing solid-state drives for data centers.

Micron has announced that it has started mass production of PCI Express 6.0 solid state drives for servers and data centers. Its maximum read speed is 28GB/s, and its maximum write speed is 14GB/s, which is twice the speed of currently available NVMe SSDs based on PCI Express 5.0.
