Shanghai Stock Exchange: This week, we will focus on monitoring high-risk delisting warning stocks that have abnormal fluctuations such as *ST Rock, *ST Zhengping, as well as severely fluctuating stocks like Tampson.

From February 9th, 2026 to February 13th, 2026, the Shanghai Stock Exchange took self-regulatory measures against 81 cases of market manipulation, false declarations, and other abnormal securities trading behaviors. It issued warnings for delisting risks for stocks such as *ST Yanishi and *ST Zhengping due to abnormal fluctuations, and closely monitored stocks with severe abnormal fluctuations like Tianpu Corp. It conducted special inspections on 23 major events of listed companies and reported three suspected illegal cases to the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
