Central Control Technology announced that the Board of Directors recently received the resignation report from Senior Vice President Fang Yongsheng. Due to personal reasons, he will resign earlier than planned on February 12, 2026, instead of his original term until December 10, 2026. After his resignation, he will still hold other positions within the company. His resignation will not affect the normal operation of the company. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, Fang Yongsheng directly holds 416,875 shares and indirectly holds 290,000 shares through Deqing Jiafu.
