Hangzhou Jiebai announced that the chairman of the board, Bi Ling, holds 1.5 million shares, accounting for 0.2041% of the total shares, while the employee representative director, Yao Lan, holds 189,700 shares, accounting for 0.0258%. The two previously disclosed their plans to reduce their holdings by no more than 375,000 shares and 47,425 shares respectively. As of February 13, 2026, Bi Ling has completed a concentrated bid to reduce holdings by 375,000 shares, now holding 1.125 million shares, accounting for 0.1530%; Yao Lan has reduced holdings by 40,000 shares, now holding 149,700 shares, accounting for 0.0204%. The reduction plan has been completed.
