Dmall: The combined shareholding of Taiping Life and Taiping Assets has dropped to below 5%.

Da Yuecheng announced that Taiping Life Insurance Limited and Taiping Asset Management Limited will reduce their holdings in the company by 69,126,600 shares through centralized competitive bidding from August 1, 2025 to February 12, 2026, accounting for 1.61273% of the company's total share capital. After the reduction, Taiping Life and Taiping Asset collectively hold 214,315,632 shares of Da Yuecheng, accounting for 4.999999% of the total share capital, no longer being shareholders with more than 5% ownership in the company.
