Guanghui Energy announced that recently, its controlling shareholder, Guanghui Group, pledged 50 million shares of unrestricted tradable stock held by it to the Shanghai Branch of Bohai Bank, accounting for 3.84% of its shareholding and 0.78% of the company's total share capital, for the purpose of supplementing working capital. As of the date of the announcement, Guanghui Group held 20.39% of the company's shares, with a total of 961 million shares pledged, accounting for 73.78% of its shareholding and 15.04% of the total share capital. The pledged shares due within the next six months and one year are 37.44 million shares and 526 million shares respectively, corresponding to financing balances of 90 million yuan and 2.163 billion yuan. This pledge will not result in a change in actual control, and will not affect the company's operations.
